Ann Seiler Robertson, 84, died Monday, November 1, 2022, in Newnan, Georgia.

Graveside services will be held at Summerville Cemetery in Augusta, Georgia on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 2 PM.

Mrs. Robertson, a native of Savannah, lived most of her life with her family in Bowie, Maryland, where she was a member of the St. James Episcopal Church and Altar Guild.

She graduated from Savannah Country Day School and later attended the University of Georgia and Armstrong College before marrying her husband Joseph Righton Robertson, Jr. from Augusta, Georgia.

Mrs. Robertson was a life-long fan of the University of Georgia Bulldogs and proud Aunt of the University of Georgia mascot, Uga, owned by her brother Frank W. “Sonny” Seiler.

Affectionately known as “Queen Ann” by her closest friends, she was an animal lover who donated to many animal charities over her lifetime.

Mrs. Robertson is preceded in death by her husbands, Joseph Righton Robertson, Jr. and Richard Bentley and her son Joseph Righton Robertson III.

Survivors include: three sons, Frank Herman Seiler Robertson, Stephen Heard Robertson (spouse Sheryl) and William McPherson Robertson (spouse Carrie); a daughter, Helen Robertson Rivers (spouse Todd); granddaughters Alycia Evilsizer, Rebecca Robertson, Amelia Rivers, and Seiler Rivers; grandsons Andrew Robertson, Ean Robertson, Mac Robertson and Righton Rivers. She is also survived by her brother, Frank W. “Sonny” Seiler of Savannah, Georgia, and many nieces and nephews.
