University of North Georgia announces graduates

DeCaeny graduates from Harding University

Joshua DeCaeny of Sharpsburg was one of more than 700 students who were awarded diplomas during Harding University’s spring commencement ceremonies.

DeCaeny earned a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics.

Makayla Graham of Senoia graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University during spring commencement ceremonies.

Graham earned a Bachelor of Science in sociology – magna cum laude.

Meredith Rielly of Sharpsburg has been named to the University of Evansville Dean's List for spring semester 2022.

Rielly is studying athletic training at UE.

Rakiyan Deondre Moss has been named to the Honor Roll of the Academic Dean at Mars Hill University for spring semester 2022.

To be eligible, students must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA while completing at least 12 hours of academic credit with no grade below a C.

Ole Miss announces academic honors lists

Georgia Wasden of Senoia and Parker Stanhagen of Newnan have been named to academic honors lists at the University of Mississippi for spring semester 2022.

Wasden, a mathematics major, has been named to the Chancellor’s Honor Roll. To be eligible, students must maintain a minimum 3.75 GPA while completing at least 12 hours of academic credit.

Stanhagen, a political science major, has been named to the Dean’s Honor Roll. To be eligible, students must maintain a GPA of 3.50-3.74 while completing at least 12 hours of academic credit.
