The Trinity Christian volleyball team climbed to seventh in the most recent Score Atlanta/AJC rankings in Class A-Private.

The Lady Lions went a perfect 3-0 last week with wins over Mount Vernon, Fellowship Christian, and region foe St. Anne Pacelli. That leaves them with a 22-4 record going into the final week of the season.

They currently sit second in region two behind the fourth-ranked Brookstone Lady Cougars. The Lady Lions lost to Brookstone in their first meeting on Sept. 21.

All four of their regular-season losses were to ranked teams. Including Brookstone, they lost to ELCA (second in Class A-Private), Wesleyan (tenth in Class A-Private) and Lee County (tenth in 6A).

The two teams play again this week to conclude the regular-season schedule.
