Don’t vilify the unvaccinated

I read the NTH article by Dr. Jayne Morgan of Piedmont Healthcare’s COVID Task Force regarding the cause of low vaccination numbers.

In her article she attributes low numbers to false information. I believe in part, this is true.

However, there is another logical reason for Coweta County residents only being 40 percent vaccinated. The vaccinations are fundamentally unproven.

Yes, many folks are getting advice from Facebook, neighbors and "Aunt Betty." But that number does not compare to the number of folks who have questions regarding the validity of the ‘vaccines,’ or experimental drugs. Questions like, Will this vaccine adversely affect my asthma, allergies, cancer in remission, Parkinson’s, immune system, heart, kidneys, bladder or other vital organs? Could it exacerbate the symptoms of dementia, Alzheimer’s, heart disease? What is the long-term prognosis for my health after vaccination? How will my reproductive organs be affected? What side effects should I expect to experience?

Where can I read the 10-year study information of the vaccine’s effects on children, young adults, adults and seniors? Who can explain the thousands of deaths attributed to the vaccines? I, and family members and friends, have asked our doctor’s these questions. The typical answer has been, ‘I don’t know.” Of course, they don’t. Has the vaccine saved lives? Who knows? Have masks and distancing saved lives? Who knows? No one knows and anybody who says they do know the answers must be psychic or from the future.

When the COVID outbreak became a campaign issue for politicians and the trustworthy news organizations took over the narratives, this epidemic became ludicrous. The only data available is from the pharmaceutical companies, CDC, HHS, WHO and the TV Talking Heads. All of whom have been proven to be untrustworthy. Every one of these sources has oscillated from one side of the fence to the other so often that they needed a gate. The political posturing is nauseating. Subsequently, the statistical information associated with COVID and/or vaccine deaths has not been reported accurately and truthfully.

Is there a deadly virus out there? Yes. But statistically, most deaths seem to be attributed to underlying health issues. Has the virus caused unnecessary pain and suffering? Yes, and I would be stupid to ignore this fact. Should treatment or preventive steps be mandated? Absolutely not. So, let’s not vilify the unvaccinated because it seems that “Aunt Betty” is the only reliable source of advice as she has never wavered from her inquisitive position. I’m not a doctor, nor do I profess to be an expert on COVID. But I am an American with a free will … so far.
