The Newnan Times-Herald

The East Coweta Lady Indians traveled to LaGrange Friday night to face the Lady Grangers in a soccer match.

After shutting out Harris County earlier in the week, the Lady Indians scored four in another clean-sheet win over LaGrange.

Morgan Pent scored two goals while junior Lauren Fetherston and freshman Aubrey Ray each added a goal in the victory. The win improved the Lady Indians to 4-1 on the season.

The boys had several chances but could not convert and fell to LaGrange 1-0.

Both boys’ and girls’ teams will return to action on Friday night at home against Locust Grove.
