It will be interesting to see who picks up the tab for Old Atlanta Hwy. improvements that will be the thoroughfare for the newly annexed property into the city between Hwy. 29 and Old Atlanta.
Isn't it time for impact fees on developers, who benefit the most, to cover road improvements for access to all the high-density houses and apartments rather than tax incentives?
