The body of a missing man was found Friday morning at Senoia Park.
Detective Michelle Worden of the Senoia Police Department said William Bell’s body was found about 7:15 a.m. at the park on Seavy Street. He had been missing for several hours.
“There’s no sign of foul play,” Worden said. “Mr. Bell did have several medical issues.”
Bell, who was disabled, was last seen at his residence in Senoia at noon on June 13. The 54-year-old man left his home without necessary medications. When he did not return, authorities were notified.
A BOLO bulletin asking people to keep an eye out for Bell was issued and shared on social media.
Worden said Friday morning that Bell’s body was being transported to the medical examiner for an autopsy before the remains can be released to his family.
