Heritage outhit Notre Dame 13-1 and took advantage of six Notre Dame errors en route to the win.
After taking a 6-0 lead after three innings, the Hawks blew the game open with nine runs in the fourth inning.
Jacob Rochester ripped a homer for the Hawks as part of the offensive explosion and finished with two RBIs.
Jacob Cackett led the way with three RBIs.
Jon Jon Williams, Hershall Smith and Jay Chapman also drove in two runs.
William Booth, William Bryant, Luke Stoffle and Henry Arnall each drove in a run.
Bryant, Cackett, Rochester, and Williams each had doubles.
Thomas Gray and Stoffle combined to shut down Notre Dame from the mound.
The duo threw two innings each. Stoffle had four strikeouts and Gray finished with three.

Trinity drops region game: The Trinity Lions fell behind early against Wesleyan on the road Tuesday and could never catch up, losing the game 5-1.
Wesleyan scored twice in the first inning to set control of the game.
After Shep Hancock drove in the only run of the game for the Lions in the top of the fourth with a home run to cut the lead to 2-1, Wesleyan scored once in the bottom of the fourth and added two more insurance runs in the bottom of the sixth.
Both teams finished the game with five hits each.
Lead-off hitter Maury Weaver finished with two hits for the Lions.
Thomas Cordier also had two hits, including a double.
In addition to his homer, Hancock struck out nine and walked nine in five innings of work from the mound.
