Newnan Kiwanis Club gives away more than $160K in grant money

Recipients of grants from the Newnan Kiwanis Club took home more than $163,000 in funds for various Coweta-based nonprofits. 

Representatives from nearly 50 organizations attended a dinner hosted by the Kiwanis Club at the Newnan Utilities cabin on Tuesday night, where the checks were presented by Kiwanis club president Scott Cortner and Mike Barber.

Nonprofits that benefited from the grants included
