All Saints Anglican Church will hold a Hanukkah celebration on Wednesday.

The service will start at 7 p.m.

“Did you know that Jesus celebrated Hanukkah?” asked Jane Carter of All Saints. “In John 10, Jesus used this ancient holiday as an occasion to teach about His deity and His position as the Messiah.

Carter said Hanukkah “points to Jesus and his miraculous mission here on earth” and “is a holiday that is also a celebration of God’s protection of the Jewish people.”

All Saints Anglican is at 149 Ebenezer Road, Fayetteville, just east of Peachtree City. The Hanukkah service will be led by Murray Tilles.
