Three of the four people suspected of living in an unoccupied home on Farmer Street are now cleared of criminal charges.
On Monday, the state declined to press charges against Jose Roberto Duron, Ashley Dawn Smith and Misty Garrison Dean. The three were initially charged with burglary, narcotics possession and possession of drug-related objects.
Last October, police responded to the residence and found a broken window to a rear door and four people inside the home.
Inside, investigators found suspected heroin, methamphetamine and drug-related objects along with various debit cards, identification cards and driver's licenses that did not belong to anyone inside the home, according to the police report.
Stephen Richard Harper, 43, pleaded guilty to charges of burglary, along with heroin and methamphetamine possession, according to Assistant District Attorney Robert Mooradian.
Harper was sentenced to serve one year in prison and four years of probation, according to court records.
