WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Donald J. Trump has nominated Brett Kavanaugh to Supreme Court.
Kavanaugh is a Yale Law graduate. He served as law clerk to retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy, the juror whom he's nominated to replace.
Kavanaugh, 53, has been serving on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He also served as a law clerk to Kennedy alongside Associate Justice Neil Gorsuch, who was named to the high court in 2017.
