Constitution should be left as is, for now

The United States of America, in addition to being great, is also good.

No nation in history has contributed more to make this world a better place.  The people, in spite of government, have made America the place where most humans want to be.  But if we allow the politicians in their jealous hatred to continue their mismanagement and excessive spending we will lose it all.

Either ambiguous or misinterpreted in a previous writing I feel the need to add to and restate my feelings relative to the Constitution.

If I remember correctly only three Amendments have been added/changed that altered the intent of that brilliant writing, the 17th,18th, and 21st.  Two of these made things worse, the 17th and 18th.  The 21st corrected the mistake made by the 18th, which banned the production, transportation, and sale of liquor.  Surely others were added as we grew but please, none now.

Look up the 17th if you don't know what it did.  It too needs to revert to the original wording and meaning but not by those in power now. These aforementioned three were made by a Congress probably more patriotic than those in power now but not even close to the smarts and principles of the original writers.

A current Congress with a 9 percent approval rating, can't stop illegal immigration costing millions each year. How could anyone even in a dream want this group of malevolent, ego-driven self-serving clowns who for decades have ignored the Document touch it in any way except to read it?

Change is sometimes necessary but not to The Constitution, especially by those who now supposedly represent us.
