Mrs. Betty Jean Wade, 75, of Sharpsburg, died at her residence on Wednesday, November 29, 2017.
She was born in Union City, Ga. to the late Reginald Lee Jones and Dorothy Mae Sprayberry Jones. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William Patrick Caldwell. She was last an employee of The Clayton News Daily.
Surviving are her son, William Donald Caldwell (AKA Greatness) and his wife Nicole; daughter, Wanda Sue Smith, Martha Lynn Hodge and her husband John, Merita Faye Baswell and her husband Howard, Tommy Jo Little; brothers, Jerry Jones, Johnny Jones, and Billy Jones; sisters, Linda Myers, Rose Mary Jacobs, Barbara Lanteigne; grandchildren, Shannon, Shane, Shaun, Misty, Justin, Eric, Whitney, Brandon, Kevin, Ashley, Amanda, Taylor, Austin (AKA Favorite); great-grandchildren, Madison, Skyler, Macie, Bella, Harley, Garrett, Riley, Cooper, Breonna, Emaleigh, Madelynn, Trinity, Vadee, Payton, Brayden, Christian, Kenneth Bradley, Ivy, Lawson, Brooklyn, Owen.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Higgins Hillcrest Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 1, from 6-8 p.m. and on Saturday, December 2, from 4-6 p.m.
