This is a letter of support for the Newnan-Coweta Humane Society’s (NCHS) fundraising campaign (registered 501c3) to buy its own facility. Presently, the society operates on donations, grants, adoption fees and volunteers to care for rescued animals.

If NCHS were afforded an opportunity to have its own building, it will enable the Humane Society to better serve its mission of eliminating animal cruelty, promoting adoption and improving awareness of spay/neuter programs.

On a more personal note, my husband and I are the proud family of our adopted dog, Pawley. Our grandchildren came up with that name for her because at the time, her paws were the biggest thing on her. Of course, since that time, Pawley has grown into a BIG, wonderful member of our family

My husband and I are grateful supporters of the NCHS, and I hope you will join us in funding this effort.
