The Hunter-Scarbrough Foundation will host the organization’s first fundraising event, Hunterman’s Glow Golf Extravaganza, July 20 from 6:30 to 10 p.m.

The foundation was created to honor the memory of Hunter Scarbrough by investing in the futures of students. The foundation will endow a Newnan High School, Northgate High School and an East Coweta High School senior with a one-time scholarship donation of $3,000 to be used toward college expenses.

Hunterman’s Glow Golf Extravaganza will be held at Newnan High School’s Lower Lacrosse Field. Activities will include 18 holes of Glow-in-the-dark mini-golf, carnival games, and food trucks. Tickets are $10. Children age 5 and under, as well as seniors over 65, will be admitted free.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Hunter Scarbrough Foundation. The Lower Lacrosse Field is located at 190 LaGrange Street. To purchase tickets or to read more information about this event, visit www.hunterman.org.
