Marcia Lynn Arnold was born on June 19, 1969, to Mr. Marshall Arnold and Mrs. Gloristien Crook Arnold in Newnan, Coweta County, Georgia. 

Marcia was a loving and high spirited young girl who never met any strangers.  Even as a child, she was very outgoing.  At an early age, Marcia was a member of the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church where she used to sing in the choir.  Her love for singing and music continued through adulthood. 

Marcia received her education within the Coweta County School System.  She graduated from Newnan High School.  After graduation she attended Gordon College and majored in nursing, later obtaining a certificate/degree in office administration. 

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Larry Grier; daughter, Marshea Arnold; two sons, Ronjea Jackson and Oshea Grier; mother, Gloristien Arnold Dash; four sisters, Cassandra Love, Dwana Heflin, Glennetta Arnold and Marsha Satterwhite, two brothers, Jeffery Zackery and Antoine Martin; grandchildren, Tyren Turner, Alex Carlton, Jr. ”AJ”, and Mia Turner; special sister, Sharon Williams (Jerry); uncles, Huelett Arnold (Virginia), John Arnold (Gladys), Louis Arnold (Curlie), James Arnold (Mary), Raymond Crook, and Walter Crook (Patricia); aunts, Lila Arnold and Lois Elom, and  a host of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2017, 11 a.m. at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, Reverend Stafford Dudley, Pastor, Apostle Tilden Colton, Eulogist. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery.
