United Bank promotes Will Conoly to senior lender

United Bank recently announced the promotion of Will Conoly to senior lender.

Conoly has been a commercial lender in Newnan since October 2009.

“Will is the prime example of what it means to be a United Banker,” said United Bank President John Hall. “He serves his community and each of his customers with his whole heart. Will is very deserving of this promotion.”

Conoly is a UGA graduate and obtained his master’s degree from Georgia College and State University. A Newnan native, Conoly enjoys living and serving in his hometown. He and his wife Meredith have a daughter, Myra and a son, Griffin. They attend First United Methodist Church. He is a board member of Coweta Community Foundation and serves on the Flint River Council Executive Board.

United Bank operates 18 bank offices in nine middle Georgia communities with $1.3 billion in assets.
