Kevin Andrew Mulvenna passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2016.

Born on June 10, 1962 in Denville, New Jersey to Charles and Marie Mulvenna, Kevin moved to Georgia as a child and attended Dunwoody High School. Kevin was a skilled mechanic who repaired and refurbished small engines, machines, and circuit boards, and worked for years at Fayette Mower and Panasonic Corporation. He attended technical college and became a certified airline mechanic, working at Hartsfield Jackson Airport for some time.

He was always creative and enjoyed drawing, gardening, cooking, and being outdoors. Kevin was a passionate Atlanta Falcons fan, and could be found cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and his favorite Nascar drivers often. He shared his love of sports with his father, Charles, who preceded him in death in 2014.

Kevin was a devoted son who helped care for his aging parents over the last few years.

He is survived by his mother, Marie, of Newnan; sisters, Eileen (Mark) McGann and Theresa Mulvenna; and brother Chris (Cindy) Mulvenna. He was loved by eight nieces and nephews – Jennifer, Mariah, Colin, Shaun, Kristen, Angie, Chelsea, and Tyler, and had sixteen great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Memorial Service is planned on Saturday, January 7 at McKoon Funeral Home in Newnan, with visitation from 1-3 p.m., followed by the service at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice or to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, at , a charity to which Kevin's father was deeply committed.
