NHS Jobs for Georgia Graduates initiates members

Jobs for Georgia Graduates at Newnan High School held an installation and initiation ceremony recently to induct new members and officers into its organization.

Georgia Commissioner of Labor Mark Butler was the keynote speaker, and he presented Georgia BEST (Business Ethics Student Training) certificates to students who completed the program. Students receiving BEST certificates were Maria Nunez, Maribel Nunez and Taneria Alexander.

Officers are Jessica Peace, president; Alan Owens, secretary; Kevin Cleveland, coordinator of social activities; Mahari Young, coordinator of career preparation; Destiny Strong, coordinator of leadership development; and Maria Nunez, coordinator of civic affairs.
