  • Beez Freeze- 7285 Highway 16 Suite F Senoia, Ga- was inspected on June 15 and received a perfect score of 100- A.
  • Bistro 745 (Piedmont Hospital)- 745 Poplar Road Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 14 and earned a score of 97- A. The deduction derived from pasta salad at 64.4°F and broccoli salad at 54.7°F being stored on line cooling. It was moved to the freezer for rapid cooling.
  • Chick-fil-A Dwarf House- 505 Bullsboro Drive Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 16 and received a score of 97- A. The deduction resulted from green beans at 56.3°F covered with foil cooling from ambient temperature, chicken salad at 49°F being covered in a plastic container, and shredded chicken at 56°F being stored in a plastic container.
  • Chopsticks China Bistro- 3150 East Highway 34 Suite 304 Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 13 and earned a score of 97- A. The deduction derived from beef and chicken temperatures being slightly elevated in the top area of the lift top cooler.
  • Chylaca’s Mexican Restaurant and Grill- 20 Bullsboro Drive Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 16 and received a score of 91- A. The deduction resulted from the prep top cooler not maintaining 41°F or below.
  • Dickey’s Barbecue #827- 15 Thomas Grace Plaza Suite 200 Sharpsburg, Ga- was inspected on June 13 and was granted a score of 99- A. The deduction derived from no hand washing signs being present at the hand wash sinks.
  • Garlic Thai Cuisine and Sushi Bar- 16 North Court Square Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 16 and earned a score of 88- B. The deduction resulted from a pan of food in the hand wash sink, no sanitizer in the ware washing machine, buildup on the floor, walls and baseboards under and behind equipment, mold in the ice machine around the shoot, knives on the knife strip being dirty with particles on them and buildup around the hilt, and buildup on the knife strip. Also, the knife strip did not have dirty knives on it, and it was not clean.
  • Kimble’s Food by Design (Yamaha Plant #1 Café)- 1000 East Highway 34 Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 13 and earned a score of 97- A. The deduction resulted from wet wiping cloths being left on the counter, not being returned to the sanitizer container.
  • Kimble’s Food by Design (Yamaha Plant #2 Café)- 1000 East Highway 34 Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 13 and received a perfect score of 100- A.
  • La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant- 941 Bullsboro Drive Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 16 and was granted a score of 87- B. The deduction derived from beans at 60°F that were cooked the previous day and stored and covered in a large pan failing to cool properly. They were discarded during inspection. Also, there were employee towel drying pans, raw food dish shelves, and there was a leak at the hand wash sink drain pipe.
  • Panera Bread- 379 Bullsboro Drive Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 3 and received a score of 95- A. The deduction resulted from mold on the deflector shield of the ice machine as well as a condensation leak inside the walk-in cooler and ice buildup in the walk-in cooler.
  • Pie Five Pizza Company- 311 Bullsboro Drive Suite 190 Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 15 and earned a score of 97- A. The deduction derived from a can opener that had some particles on it, wet wiping cloths being left on the counter, and sanitizer in the bucket not having proper concentration.
  • Pizza Hut #31141- 124 Jefferson Street Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 15 and was granted a score of 95- A. The deduction resulted from no sanitizer in the ware washing machine, mold in the top portion of the ice machine, some particles on the slicer, buildup on the floor, walls, and ceilings, paint on exposed surfaces, and the surfaces needing a deep cleaning and some repair work.
  • Retod Rascals BBQ- 553 Payton Road Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 3 and received a perfect score of 100- A.
  • The Walking Dead Café- 48 Main Street Suite 1B Senoia, Ga- was inspected on June 15 and earned a score of 97- A. The deduction derived from foods and single-serve containers being stored on the floor.
  • Waffle House #1392- 4410 Highway 154 Newnan, Ga- was inspected on June 13 and received a score of 90- A. The deduction resulted from tomatoes at 61.5°F, diced ham at 62.1°F, and cheese at 59.9°F being held in the lift top cooler, a broken handle on the cold water side of the hand wash sink, ice buildup around the walk-in freezer door, and dust on some areas of the ceiling.
