Burger King #9411- 415 Bullsboro Dr. Newnan, Ga- was inspected on April 5 and scored a 97- A. The deduction derived from temperature inside small cooler slightly elevated. The violation was corrected on- site.

Cold Stone Creamery- 234 Newnan Crossing Byp Newnan, Ga- was inspected on April 4 and received a score of a 99- A. The deductions derived from walk-in freezer being severely damaged and bowed up; ice from ceiling falling on rack.

Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robins- 12 Bailey Station Sharpsburg, Ga- was inspected on April 5 and scored a 88- B. The deductions derived from lack of sanitizer, build up in can opener, out of date turkey stored for use, inspection report not posted, and permit and choking poster not displayed.

Fat Boys- 485 Hwy 16 W Newnan, Ga- was inspected on April 7 and scored a 96- A. The deduction derived from mold found on the deflector shield and internal wall of ice machine.

Five Guys Burgers And Fries- 240 Newnan Crossing Byp Newnan, Ga- was inspected on April 4 and received a score of a perfect 100- A.

Golden Corral- 605 Bullsboro Dr. Newnan, Ga- was inspected on April 6 and scored a flawless 100- A.

Golden’s On The Square- 9 E Court Square Newnan, Ga- was inspected on March 31 and received a score of a 97- A. The deductions derived from scoop handle stored in sugar and flour, lack of sanitizer test strips, dust found on cooler fan cover, missing ceiling tiles in back area of kitchen, and no cover on light bulbs inside walk-in cooler and in prep area.

Hardee’s #1501898- 4201 Sharpsburg McCollum Rd. Newnan, Ga- was inspected on March 29 and scored an 86- B. The deductions derived from employee observed putting buns in the oven with bare hands, the same employee put on gloves to handle raw meat and did not change gloves before handling ready to eat food, mold found on drop area of ice machine, employee skipped clear water step while washing dishes, stained ceiling tiles above table in dining area, stained ceiling tiles above front counter, dust on some areas of ceiling, and build up found on storage racks.

Katie Lou’s Cafe- 70 Main St. Newnan, Ga- was inspected on April 1 and scored a 99- A. The deduction derived from lids stored upside down.

Lee Middle School Cafeteria- 370 Willis Rd. Sharpsburg, Ga- was inspected on March 30 and received a perfect score of a 100- A.

Longhorn Steakhouse- 1112 Bullsboro Dr. was inspected on April 7 and scored a 98- A. The deductions derived from back door being left open and lids left open on dumpsters.

Red Lobster #0895- 990 Bullsboro Dr. Newnan Ga- was inspected on March 30 and scored a 95- A. The deductions derived from dried food particles found on spoon, slicer, in container where clean dishes are stored, containers wet stacked, split gasket on cooler door causing door not to close completely, and blown light bulbs in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer.
